I just finished drawing the album “Les Amants de Carcassonne” (coproduction Glènat / Monuments Nationaux, as for “La Conjuration de Cluny”). The story is written by Laurent-Fréderic Bollée, writer and journalist.
Part of the story is settled in 1944, during german occupation of France. One object that I had to draw many times is the rifle Mauser Karabiner 98k, used by german army. This is a gallery of some views of this rifle. The colors are made by Dimitri Fogolin.
