I’m working on the character design for a new project (not confirmed yet). I did a first version with a realistic style, and then a more “cartoonish” one. These are two versions of the same character.

Yesterday, may 27, was issued my first french book as a comic book artist! The publisher is Soleil, for which I already worked on “Le Syndrome de Caïn” et “Eden Killer”.

The story is written by Fabrice David (known for “Servitude”, Soleil), and tells the story of the children’s crusade, that took place in France in the XIII century (and lies between history and legend).

The book is the “classic” french format: 46 big-sized pages in full color.

Today I’ve finished “La Croisade des Enfants”, my first book in France as an author (drawings and colors). It will be issued at the end of may! Here there are some sample pages.

Yesterday there was the opening party of the Gotem Studio (with the suprise of the Studio members!). More info on  www.gotem.eu.

I will be in Angoulême until Sunday, for the biggest comic festival in Europe. Dimitri and Gomets of Gotem Studio will be with me.

New colors for Andrea Mutti. As usual the project is still in beta-phase and I have no details yet. Just the name: WTC.

Andrea Mutti gave me these illustration of Thor, and I did the colors on them. What’s going on is still a mistery…
